Since you are on this page, you have decided that you are in need of some individual attention. Perhaps this is just a very difficult case and you are looking for a "one-shot" fix. Perhaps you have been somewhat frustrated by your design attempts and fail as often as you are successful. Perhaps you have now decided to take the plunge into custom gas permeable multifocal lenses and are not sure where to begin. Maybe you have been working with Orthokeratology in some "pre-packaged" form i.e. CRT, BE, VST, DreamLens, etc. but now would like more control over your designs. The support help that you are purchasing here will entitle you to phone time with me for either thirty (30) or sixty (60) minutes. During our time together we can review anything that you would like. We can discuss one specific case or multiple cases of varied types. We can discuss general and theoretical princples of Orthokeratology or troubleshoot a multifocal case. Our time together can be spent covering whatever specific areas of help that you need. Depending on the nature of the material that you would wish to cover, it may be beneficial to work with an online meeting program (i.e. gotomeeting, etc.) simultaneously with our phone time. I currently do not maintain any of these accounts any longer so you may wish to consider setting this up if you want this additional type of interaction, prior to our time on the phone together. This can be done also through a Google Meet phone call which allows me to see your screen while we are discussing the case. This method works very successfully for many and I have found Google Meet to be easy and troublefree to use. If we use Google Meet, I will send you a link to your email once I've scheduled our time together. At our time to meet, you will just follow the link to "join" the meeting. Make certain that the computer that you will be using for our online connection has audio (mic and speaker), has your WAVE software, and it would be ideal if your topography (Pentacam, Keratograph, Medmont, etc.) software is there as well so that we can properly analyze your source topographies. If the topography software is on a network and/or your WAVE software is also on the network, the computer that we will meet online with should have access to the necessary files via the network. Moving forward, it is very helpful (virtually necessary) if you have biomicroscope video of lenses on eye and that same computer would have access to those files as well. After purchasing the time in the table below, you will be taken to a page to submit your request for the actual time for the phone consult. Please submit a few choices that would be acceptable to you so that I can coordinate one of your times with a time that I would be available. I will return an email to you confirming the time with you.
