Perhaps you have been somewhat frustrated by your design attempts and fail as often as you are successful. Perhaps you have now decided to take the plunge into custom gas permeable multifocal lenses and are not sure where to begin. Maybe you have been working with Orthokeratology in some "pre-packaged" form i.e. CRT, BE, VST, DreamLens, etc. but now would like more control over your designs. I have done several personal "one-on-one" instructional sessions, which the doctors unanimously agreed is very very helpful. You can read what your colleagues have had to say about these one-on-one training sessions, below in the related links section. Normally, the doctors travel here to do the instructional sessions but I am open to traveling to you if it is impossible for you to make the trip or you would just prefer that we do this at your location. Fortunately for me, my schedule is fairly flexible so I can accommodate you. The one-on-one training has significant benefit over the formal lecture sessions/case by case/phone consult time, in that I can tailor the personal training to your specific deficiencies as well as your specific goals in a very concentrated and deep way. If you want to spend all of our time together targeting Orthok, that is what we will focus all of our work on. A day of personal time consists of eight (8) hours of instruction. We can do either one (1) or two (2) consecutive days. More than two (2) consecutive days is possible to do but I would strongly discourage this as it really turns into information overload. If more than two (2) days are desired or required, it would better to schedule another session at another time, first allowing you to assimilate all the information that we will cover during the first session. During this time, the "backbone" of the day will be to review through the formal material that I have prepared for structured lectures with deviations to show examples/other cases/explanations to address specific questions/observations that arise. This is a very effective way to disseminate information targeted exactly to your unique needs. I have been doing this for quite a while now, and I know that it works and is effective, however I am open to other formats should you have a different idea. I enjoy teaching, am good at it, and am very adaptable (meaning that I can "shift gears" to educate you through explanation and example on whatever may arise during our time together).
